I have been in business since 2014 and ran a sucessful business. I'm still making money and my business is in jeopardy because I can't get any loans to scale. I owe shopify capital and they take 15% of each sale. I owe Shop credit and they take out 10% of each sale because I couldn't pay the minimum payment. Also, I owe PP capital of 17% of each sale. I made a huge mistake! I know I toolk too much capital.

I contacted Shopify and they said if I don't pay they will shut me store down. I have a Shop representive and they will not even work with me. Before, the shop rep. loved me and gave me what I wanted. Everday they take the money out and my balance is decreasing. I have a home and don't want to lose it.

What do you think? Should I move my store to a different platform so they don't take all this capital out until I get paid without huge amounts of fees taken out?

Please don't judge.

Obviously, yes. Fuck these vampiric lizardpeople.
If I have a business generating revenue but they take out so much capital, do you recommend another platform? I just can't believe I had a hardship for a month and they will not work with me. Never again with Shopify.

You’re gonna have to face the music eventually bro, never bite off more than you can chew.

Only solution is to scale up and make more money to pay your loans or file for bankruptcy.

I understand. Should I create another store to try to make profits so they don't take out al those fees. Then, I can use that money to pay of the capital on the other store? Thanks.

That's what I'd do. Luckily, if you did it once, you can do it again. I've been in similar situations before and managed to climb out of holes I thought I never would. You just gotta grind 10x harder.

As they say, "more money more problems"

Switch to WooCommerce.

Shopify is honestly just made to lure naive teenagers to dropshipping. You're trading conveniece and easability for huge fees.

Most dropshippers don't really have the capital (nor brains) to get a wCommerce site built, so they go with Shopify one-click-setup stores.

You seem like you're doing good revenue, so just hire someone to build you a copy of your Shopify store or better in wCommerce.
Then, obviously pay your loans.

Good luck!
