our account will be goneYes, you just need a good cloaking technique and indirect ad copy and you can run adult ads with no issues.
Forget it, I used Adsense in a website that was not for adults but some articles had images that Google considered for adults (they were photos from WW2) and in two days I had a notice from Google to delete them. To monetize adult content, use a specific company that accepts this type of ads without problems, such as admaven or similar.
you could make another one, but unless you take the necessary precautions, google will link your new account to your old one, and automatically suspend it too. they have many ways to connect your new account to your old one, including your email address, ip address, browser, fingerprint etc.
