Not sure what you want exactly to say with "what you learn from the experience ".
Of course is not the best experience you can have..
If you want to trade & play you have to hold crypto on exchanges.
Is not like.. using exchanges to store your money so the "not your keys, not your money" doesn't apply here .
That's money you are willing to lose , and you agree with the platform terms and conditions.
But..things have change for good since the "wild crypto days".
