With Facebook’s algorithm tightening, are there any non-spammy ways you guys are growing groups organically? I’d love to hear any recent success or failures.

Yeah, organic growth is tough now. What’s been working for me is using reels/memes on a niche page and funneling the most active people into the group. Engagement posts + cross-promo still do the job.

Okay thanks for your tips but what if the page isn't about memes?

I’ve seen more traction pulling people in from outside (email/IG) than relying on FB alone.

Nowadays, the sustainable way to grow a group is to create content that brings real value to the right audience. Engage members by proactively sharing, not spamming links or cross-posting too much.

Yes, focus on quality engagement. Share valuable niche content, encourage discussions, and use polls or Q&As. Collaborate with related pages, optimize group keywords, and stay consistent. Organic growth is slower but builds trust and long-term engagement.
