Couple of questions for dropshipping

Hello, im relatively new to dropshipping and i have worked once with shopify and facebook ads but i was not successfull.

1. Now i wanted to start a new shop but I'm not sure if i want to use Shopify or OpenCart? And i want to ask if someone had an issue with OpenCart because i haven't used it.
2. Also I want to ask about TikTok ads. Can I use TikTok ads with VPN and in the USA? Also will it have a problem if the Card that is taking money for ads is from third country?
3. Also I wanted to ask if someone used OpenCart with FirstFormation and Stripe Atlas as payment method, in the past i used FirstFormation with Stripe but now i can't use Stripe have to use Stripe Atlas.
4. Also is there a way I can use Pinterest ads with VPN/Proxy. (because i can't from my country).

Shopify is indeed too costly. I originally used opencart but I found that there were too few applications for dropshipping. I changed it to wordpress. There are many plug-ins that meet my requirements. Depending on your specific model, you have your own. Product?

f your country isn't supported by Pinterest, logging in from a VPN won't solve the issue of you being unable to target or run ads for that geography.
