I just started my youtube channel uploading only shorts/reels on a specific niche. But I am not able to reach viewers or anything. Any suggestions?
The account is old and has 467 subs.

What kind of content are you uploading? I'm doing animations, and have no problem with views, I get thousands, for a good meme video vs a few hundred for an average one and I only have a few hundred subs, lol

If your content is duplicate or just a bit low effort google can easily figure it out.

Lol seriously, who would watch that, thats just lazy work process. Your probably still at the stage of thinking that crap videos will cut it, and only ONCE you get to earning THEN you'll make better ones, lol

Why don't you make some horror animations? or play some Minecraft with community and review mods or something (that's a popular niche) Both of these take planning and work, and a serious amount of time if you want to repeat them over to win at the youtube game. But at least these are work. just getting some horror audio and slapping it on a crappy Minecraft video is really the bottom basement of ideas. Not saying it won't work, but doesn't it get a bit boring and unprofitable doing something that every common man or women can do? The money is made on projects that are out of reach with the long arm of work! lol

I have 2 channels, I have a tutorials one that is nearly at 1k subs, and I put everything on there that I do or need to remember for programing and software. It's an easy money maker once it's monetised, but it's got lots of videos and I will continue to do so as I'm always working on fresh implementations of software ideas and things.

I used AI to clone short videos, started the channel 5 weeks ago, currently have 5k subs, over 400k views, you just have to get the video content right.

To increase your YouTube Shorts reach, focus on consistent uploads, engaging content, optimized titles/hashtags, interaction with your audience, and leveraging trends and collaborations for greater visibility.

That's why your content reach is low . Doing channel and video SEO is a must for success .
Yes you definitely to do SEO in order to get the maximum of youtube.

You're doing great for not doing any SEO.

if you have uploaded shorts and your views are 0-100 and not going up, then first check if the niche is popular or not, or does it have only few target audience, if the niche is widely viewed, then inspect your videos, if it is decent enough to get views, and if you pass that as well... then consistently upload for 2-3 weeks and also try promotions, boost the channel using smm, however use the right method and if this doesn't work then you need to delete all these shorts and upload to a new channel, because there is also the "luck/random" factor, some channels will get 0-100 or very low views whatever you do, and the only option you have is to upload these videos in the new channel.

Goodluck.

if it's literally zero views, your channel is probably shadowbanned
if you are reaching some hundreds of views, then your content sucks
