I came across some live streams in UK where the anchor hardly speaks anything but more engrossed in seeing his phone. Within few minutes 200k coins are transferred to him. I am surprised at what is really happening here. Can anyone explain ?

people donate a lot on livestreams to people they like. a lot make serious money without doing anything crazy
